Many thanks to all of the Firefighter Teams who are competing in the "Fighting for Air" Climb Competition this Saturday, July 28, beginning at 8:00 a.m., at the North Charleston Coliseum. The Women Firefighters of the Lowcountry, with only three members, mounted a charge early this week to take the lead before the Charleston Firefighters Team bolted into the lead today. Our brothers and sisters from the North Charleston Fire Department and the Parker District Fire Department Teams have all also been working hard to raise money for this great cause. We can surely tell them all that Chief Winn would be proud of them and so are we!
